He has experience in staff and management positions to three different elected officials, in his last position with long-time State Representative Jody Richards, of Kentucky. In his most recent experience, as Administrative Specialist in Workforce Development Cabinet, his duties were focused on coordinating special programs in rapid reemployment for unemployed workers. In results, his influence has played a significant role in modernizing workforce development practices in the public sector.
